neighbor heard all the chaos while she was eating dinner. >> we heard a car crash and she looked out the window and it was a car crash and we ran outside and we all of a sudden heard a popping sound and i guess it was gunfire. and they had all of their guns drawn and she was telling everybody, go inside, go inside.
